Kevin Deasy
Kevin is a passionate supporter of Leadership development and developing the individual to excel in Leadership roles. He is a company founder, a CTO, and has a strong entrepreneurial zeal. He has a BBS (Hons) degree from UL, is IPD qualified, is a Fellow of the Institute of Analysts & Programmers, PRINCE2 certified as well as holding other qualifications in areas such as Archeology. He is a Board Member of BITA and a Member of the Zero Waste Alliance Ireland.
Kevin’s career has led him to work in places like Texas, California, Frankfurt, London, and the Caribbean to name a few. He has worked across the Hedge Fund, Investment banking, & BigTech industries. Highlights have included running a Change Management team in BarCap, being a Program Manager at GLG (Europe’s biggest Hedge Fund at the time), a senior internal consultant for Deutsche Bank, and Program managing the main IT Delivery at the second-fastest-growing IT company in the world at the time.

A PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Agile Project Manager and insightful problem solver delivering high quality solutions that satisfy business need; With extensive Project Management experience overseeing matrix teams in multiple simultaneous projects; With strong stakeholder engagement skills, influencing skills and presentation to steering committee and C-Level;
With over 19 years Project Management experience, delivering complex projects across Logistics, Accountancy, Data Migration and Integration, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting, Information Systems Design, Hedge Fund Custody, Commodity Trading and Cost Management;
José Santiago
A senior leader in human resources and change management with over 30 years of multi-industry and multi-region experience. Worked closely with CEOs and senior leadership team providing guidance and strategy development and implementation including mergers/acquisitions, transformations and change programs, either as a management consultant or as the Head of HR.
Facilitated and developed mission and values for businesses or renewed these and the implementation of multi-regional HR strategies and change initiatives including leadership and management development programs. Understands the importance of cultural differences and how to work with these to achieve desired outcomes. His motto is ‘Think global, act local’.
Holds a Bachelors with Hons. Sociology (Development Studies), and MBA (unpublished thesis: Decisions under Conditions of Uncertainty) and various executive programs (ABB IBUP, Lion Match MDP, Halliburton Leadership Development Program). Recently co-authored with several others a 2021 APEC Economic Policy Report dealing with Structural Reform and the Future of Work.
